SELLER REPRESENTATION COMPARATIVE MARKET ANALYSIS (CMA) - We will perform a Comparative Market Analysis to assist you in determining the correct pricing for your home. SHOWINGS - We will setup, with you, the showing of your property at times convenient to you. We will ensure that an agent is present during the showing and we will give you a verbal or written report on the results of the showing. OFFER PRESENTATION - We will meet with you and go over all the details of offers that are made on your property. We will assist you in the completion of all forms necessary to either reject an offer, Counter-Offer, or Accept an offer. PERIOD FROM CONTRACT TO CLOSING - We will stay in contact with you during this period to keep you up to date on the financing process and to assist you in preparing for the closing. CLOSING - We will attend the closing with you to answer questions and to assist you in other ways to bring the transaction to completion.
